Vancouver cowgirl Jessica Crouch is Miss Rodeo Washington 2008. Jessica won the coveted crown in front of a cheering crowd at the Ellensburg PRCA Rodeo over Labor Day Weekend. On her way to the title, Jessica captured the Horsemanship, Speech, Personality, Photogenics and Appearance awards.

An all-American young woman with blond hair and blue eyes, Jessica is the 22-year old daughter of Jeff and Sharon Crouch. A Cum Laude graduate from West Texas A & M University, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Industry & Business. Throughout her college career, Jessica was active with the Varsity Equestrian Team, Horse Judging Team, Horseman’s Association, Block & Bridle Agriculture Club, Student Government, and Delta Nu Delta Sorority. She is a member of Friends of Rodeo and a lifetime member of the American Quarter Horse Association.

Jessica has been blessed with family, friends and an abiding faith which have shaped her into the person she is today. Her love for the western way of life and rodeo runs deep, yet she also shares her talents with the American Red Cross. When not in the rodeo arena or volunteering, Jessica enjoys tennis, yoga, trap shooting, dancing, snowboarding, and spending time with friends.

As Washington’s first lady of rodeo, Jessica will devote this year to promoting and educating others about Washington and the rich heritage which is ours through the sport of rodeo. She hopes to inspire people of all ages to embrace the values that rodeo and our western heritage represent – faith, family, respect, patriotism, integrity, a strong work ethic and the friendly camaraderie that is not found in other professional sports. Jessica invites you to become part of this precious legacy to ensure its success for future generations.
